Hamptons West

Located in Aventura, Hamptons West is a comprehensive, multi-phase capital improvement project managed by PM MGMT. The scope includes the building’s re-roofing and 40-year recertification, along with generator replacement and major improvements to the atrium, hallways, and elevator systems. PM MGMT provided project management and oversight across these diverse scopes, helping coordinate the successful execution of multiple building-wide upgrades.
