The Madison Downtown

Located in Downtown Miami, The Madison Downtown is a large-scale restoration project encompassing two residential towers standing 22 and 17 stories. The extensive scope includes concrete and balcony restoration, railing replacement, roofing, garage restoration, and pool improvements. PM MGMT was brought onto the project after years of delays and limited progress. Through hands-on management, strategic coordination, and a renewed focus on execution, PM MGMT quickly brought the project under control and established the structure necessary to move the work forward efficiently toward completion.
