NeoLofts Condominiums

Located along the Miami River, NeoLofts is a multi-scope restoration and improvement project encompassing concrete restoration, roofing, pool deck restoration, BDA system upgrades, and fire alarm improvements. PM MGMT was brought onto the project after the Association had experienced significant challenges coordinating with the contractor and engineer, including a pool deck that had remained closed for more than 2.5 years. PM MGMT quickly reorganized the project, established clear direction among the project team, and drove the outstanding work toward completion
